- Electrical Systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits ranging from 480V down to 24V control systems
- Diagnosed issues with transformers, relays, contactors, and control wiring
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Mechanical Systems
- Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical drives
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical components
- Troubleshoot and service CNC machines, lathes, and mills
- Fabricate or modify parts using hand and power tools
- Ensure precision and alignment of mechanical components
- Plumbing
- Diagnosing and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe failures
- Maintain water supply, drainage, and compressed air systems
- Install fixtures and ensure compliance with plumbing codes
- HVAC, Chillers & Furnaces
- Service and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot and repair chillers, furnaces, and associated control systems
- Replace filters, belts, motors, and other components
- Monitor system performance, temperature regulation, and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Robotics & Automation
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial robots, including FANUC and ABB systems
- Diagnose and repair servo motors, drives, and feedback systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize automation workflows
- Perform software updates, teach pendant programming, and calibrations
✅ Qualifications
- Completion of trade school, vocational training, or coursework in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and robotic systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems from 480V to 24V
- Experience working with FANUC and ABB robots, including servo systems
- Familiarity with chillers, furnaces, and HVAC control systems
- Experience with CNC machinery, lathes, and mills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLCs
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Ability to work across multiple facilities and adapt to different operational environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts as needed
